PNZ Survey

20 July 2014

PNZ President Stefany Frost has invited members to complete a short survey (32kB) about Coaching, Selection and the Representative process.

We recently advertised for a Technical Director of Coaching and got no response from anyone interested in taking up the role, similarly with selectors, we got just three replies, so we need to approach people directly. I also want to fine tune the selection process to make sure it is a fair, transparent and sustainable process. I know many of you have provided feedback previously and I will be looking at that as well, but I would ask that you please take just a few minutes to answer the 9 questions I have put together. The information you provide will be confidential between yourself and myself, I will collate the results in an anonymous way so please feel free to speak freely and know that it will not come back to bite you. In order to get it right we need your input!

Either email me on stefany@clear.net.nz or post replies to 6 Ings Ave, St. Clair, Dunedin 9012. If you would rather talk in person please call me on 021 717 080 or skype me on stefany.frost.

Thank you in anticipation.
