    That affiliation fees for the 2020-21 year be:

    Payment of affiliation fees to be paid on Club membership as at 31 August 2020, by 15 September 2020

  10. Tournament Entry Fees
    1. Two day tournaments
      • Regional Singles - $20 per player
      • Regional Doubles - $40 per team
      • Regional Triples - $60 per team
    2. One day tournaments
      • Regional Mixed Doubles - $20 per team
      • Regional Senior Doubles - $20 per team
      • Regional Women’s Singles - $10 per player
      • Women’s Doubles - $20 per team
      • Women’s Triples - $30 per team
      • WPA Open Triples - $30 per team
    3. Club tournaments
      • Champion of Champions Singles - $0
      • Champion of Champions Doubles - $0
      • Champion of Champions Triples - $0
      • Inter-club (assuming 4 player teams) - $40
      • Jacques Cochonnet - $0

    4. Payments/Re-imbursements
      • WPA Committee meeting room hire - $30 per meeting
      • WPA Tournament terrain hire
        • Less than or equal to 30 participants - $40 per day
        • Between 31 and 60 participants - $80 per day
        • Between 61 and 90 participants - $120 per day
        • Over 90 participants - To be negotiated
        • Inter-region matches - $80 per day
        • Representative squad training - $30 per day
      • Non-playing Scorer - $30 per day

      Would players/clubs please arrange for the trophies and equipment to be brought to the Annual General Meeting for inspection.
