The minutes of the last meeting held on Thursday, 10 December 2020 were taken as read.

Claire had spoken to Nadine who said that they had had a good response from around the country. They may do a Rules session on Zoom for club members.
Michael spoke to the report and has rolled over the Term Deposit. Refunds from the Thai Coaching have all gone out. Cheques are being deleted.

The Report and the notes from the Zoom meeting have been circulated to all clubs. There was some discussion around the Open Triples being restricted to Petanque members and if any club wants to bring this up at another meeting to have it put on the Agenda.
Graeme reported that there were 16 teams from 9 clubs entered in the Interclub Tournament.
The next meeting will be held on Thursday, 18 March and the following meeting will be held on the Thursday, 6 May 2021.
The venue for the AGM will be at Silverstream on Saturday, 19 June 2021.

Christine moved that the AGM for 2022 be held at Horowhenua which was agreed.
Claire then asked all clubs to comment on their Club's activities.
Christine reported that they had their Christmas Party last weekend with 50 members and they had 16 players going to Kapiti for the Open Doubles at the weekend.
Noeline reported that all was going well, had lost a few helpful members. Doing a drive for new members and doing a letter box drop.
Had a good Christmas. Had the first round of the Casey Cup today, no rain but a lot of wind. Lots of Tournaments coming and they were also hosting an Over 80's event.
All is well, had hosted the Open Triples and also a Melee early January.
Successful Christmas party and BBQ. Just introduced Twilight on a Friday night.
Going well, and numbers are fine.
Doing fine. Naenae went to Khandallah and competed in the Mixed Doubles recently.
19 members and 15 entered in the Triples Championship. Numbers are creeping up and most now are active and competitive. Have two teams going to the Kapiti Open Doubles.
Membership on paper is strong, but not all playing. Only 1 team entered in the Interclub. The Council are mucking around with the layout of Maidstone Park.
Had a refurbishment to the pistes.. New Year's Eve function and played 1 year out and into the next. Regular numbers at club days. WBS Triples is now the Masterton Open Triples.
