    1. Representative Process - discussion re combined documents currently on the forum
    2. Request from Wanganui East for funding for the Chanticleer Cup. The funding would be used to supply lunches for players, coaches and managers.
    3. Proposal from E Rocks: "When selected for a Regional Representative team, the team members will pay a $50 selection fee to the WPA. This not only shows the players’ commitment to the process but also removes the financial burden on the general membership of the WPA. This payment would also bring the WPA into line with the PNZ Selection Policy requirements and show Regional support for the National selection process. When a player is selected for further representative tournaments in the same playing season, they would not be required to make any further payment."
