Jacques Cochonnet Trophy Challenge

Kapiti first defence of the Jacques Cochonnet Trophy was away at Wanganui.

The home team had a good start winning two of the three first round games. Kapiti came back strong in the second round winning all three games. Kapiti won one more game in the last round to hold the trophy 5-4.

Kapiti next defence is at home against Otaki.

Regional Pointing Competition - Results

The 2019 Regional Pointing Competition took place at the Horowhenua Pétanque Club. The final featured Claire Bradburn and Grant Bray. Claire took the trophy home after beating Grant 36-21.

Regional Singles - Results

29 September 2019

The 2019 Regional Singles took place at the Horowhenua Pétanque Club. The trophy final featured Nico Toyne and Davendra Dabeedoal. In a close final Nico claimed his first Regional Singles Championship 13-10.

The Plate featured the finalists of last year trophy Dave Gatchell and Moises Burgos. In a very close game Moises won the Plate 13-12.

Trish Biddle-Amoroa beat Richard Turfrey to claim the Bowl.

John Galbraith beat Derek Cooper to claim the Bowl Consolation.

Finally, Shirley Madgwick claimed the Bottle.
