The Planning Day on 4 July was attended by representatives from 6 of the 12 clubs in the WPA region.
A draft Strategic Plan will be presented to all clubs over the weekend of 15/16 August. To reduce travelling, we will run the presentation at two venues.
The first will be at 11:00 am on Saturday 15 August at Silverstream and the second at 10:00 am on Sunday 16 August at Otaki.
The presentation itself should take 60-90 minutes, including question time.
A vote on the acceptance of the WPA Strategic Plan will take place at the Committee meeting on Thursday 24 September at Kapiti.
All clubs are urged to send representatives to one of the presentations. Please let me know the names of your attendees.
Regards
Michael
