Michael spoke to the Financial statement. There had been very little change from the end of year Financial Statement until the end of June and since then $3000 had been paid to 10 clubs. Michael was still waiting for bank details from Silverstream.
Affiliation Fees are due 1st September and Michael will be sending out details for payment.

As Claire Bradburn has stepped down, Graeme Morris and Clare Wilson will run the tournaments:

Steve Frampton, Yvonne Futcher, Dave Gatchell, Kevin McFadgen, Trish Smart and Ron Sandilands.
David Corley, Tony Gatford, Ann Hogg, Marc Khull, Shirley MacDonald and Sheryl Parslow.
November 26-27 to be played at Ashburton, team will be announced at a later date.
To be played at Manawatu in August has been set at $200 for catering over the 2 days for 30 players and coaches. Moved Michael, Seconded David. Carried.
There was a great deal of discussion about how much money would be donated to PNZ for this fixture and it was felt that any money donated should be put towards something specific. It was suggested that the WPA would donate $500 to PNZ to help run the Oceania Tournament. This money will be used for one of the following:

Michael expressed that PNZ had changed the format for next year without any consultation with clubs and said that Wanganui East and Bay View would be writing to them about the lack of consultation.
Currently held in December, feedback of these to be emailed to Graeme Morris.
