Affiliation fees for new members caused a bit of a problem for some clubs. Several clubs attempted to re-affiliate all their members rather than just their new members.

Clubs had been surveyed on their preferred option for the 2016 Inter-club competition. After discussion it was agreed to postpone the inter-club until later in the year.

Kapiti will run a small event prior to the AGM.
Graeme asked what clubs did regarding entries for Open and Melee competitions received from non-members. Michael is to check the current PNZ position.
Michael raised the subject of the WPA taking a more proactive stance with regard to recruiting, training and retaining umpires within the region rather than relying on PNZ to organise things.
