   Remove clause 9.3 - The President may hold office for a maximum of three consecutive terms.

   Proposed by Michael Rocks, Khandallah.

9. Setting of Affiliation Fees

   That affiliation fees for the 2015-16 year be:

   • Junior (under 23) member $2
   • Life member $0
   • Open/Senior member $2

   Payment of affiliation fees to be as follows:

   1. To be paid on Club membership as at 31 August 2015, by 16th September;
   2. To be paid for new members as at January 2016 by 17th February 2016.

   Note: a new member in 2) is anyone who was not covered in 1), whether they have been a member of the club previously or not.

10. General Business
    1. Remit - Clearance Certificate

       Any Individual Member leaving a Club upon clearing all outstanding financial obligations to the Club shall be given by such Club a clearance certificate in the form prescribed by the Wellington Pétanque Association confirming that she/he is financial. No Club shall admit to membership any person who is or has been a member of another Club unless such a clearance certificate is produced.

    2. Remit to change rules re winners of tournaments

       At the moment it is the teams with the same number of wins but the team with the highest differential is not the winner. It is decided on who beat the highest ranked team of the tournament.

       I believe the ruling should be teams with the same number of wins but the one with the highest differential would be declared the winner. If both teams have equal wins and differentials, then the who beat who would be the deciding factor of who is the winner.

    3. Remit - Men's WPA Tournaments

       That the WPA establishes Men's competitions for singles, doubles and triples each year, on a par with the Women's competitions.

       That WPA seeding points be available for both Men's and Women's competitions.

       Proposed by Trish Smart, Manawatu Pétanque Club.
