    2. Penalties for fielding of Unregistered Players in the Inter-club and Jacques Cochonnet

      It is a requirement that all players who take part in WPA competitions are licensed. However, there is no penalty if a club fields a non-licensed player.

      Khandallah Pétanque proposes that the penalty for a club that fields a non-licensed player is to forfeit all points obtained each time a non-licensed player takes part.
