Notice of Annual General Meeting 2009

The Annual General Meeting of the Wellington Petanque Association (WPA) will be held at the Silverstream Petanque Club, 37 Dunns Street, Silverstream, on Thursday 19 February 2009 at 7:30 pm.

The business of the meeting will include:

• President's Report
• Presentation of financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2008
• Setting of Affiliation Fees
• Election of Officers (President, Secretary and Treasurer)
• Deciding on any motion submitted to the meeting
• General Business

Nominations will be required for Officers. Please note that the current Secretary is not seeking re-election.

NOTE: In terms of the WPA Constitution, nominations and all Notices of Motion should be sent to the Secretary WPA, 71 Pohutukawa Street, Lower Hutt, or email daviefamily (at) xtra.co.nz, by Thursday 29 January 2009.

At the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting a Committee Meeting will be held. Agendas for both meetings will be forwarded closer to 19 February.
