WPA Special General Meeting - Agenda

Venue: Kapiti Pétanque Club, Paraparaumu Domain, Aorangi Road, Paraparaumu

The following items will be the only matters for discussion, they are:

1. That the surplus funds from the Kant Petchaboon coaching clinics be disbursed as follows:
   • $120 be paid to Horowhenua for hosting the coaching clinics
   • $10 be refunded to the 44 clinic participants
2. Election of President and Secretary
3. In the event that suitable candidates for President and Secretary are not found, then the WPA is to be wound up as per the provisions of Clause 25 of the Constitution.
