The Annual General Meeting of the Wellington Petanque Association (WPA) will be held at the Silverstream Petanque Club, 37 Dunns Street, Silverstream, on Thursday 4 March 2009 at 7:30 pm.
The business of the meeting will include:
Written nominations by Member Clubs for the positions of President, Secretary and Treasurer should be sent to the Secretary at least 21 days before the meeting. If no nominations are received they may be accepted from the floor.
Members (i.e. Clubs) wishing to submit notices of motion or remits should send these in writing to the Secretary not less than 21 days before the meeting.
NOTE All nominations and Notices of Motion should be sent to the Secretary, 7 Transom Close, Whitby, Porirua 5024 or fleck-cowper (at) clear.net.nz by 10 February 2010.
