The Minutes of the last meeting held on Thursday, 19 August were taken as read.

Matters Arising

Claire was unable to address the banking issues due to Covid.

Treasurer’s Report - distributed to all clubs

Membership Returns are in. Michael will change the presentation so that any loss is shown in brackets.

Wellington Representative Squad Protocol

Has been distributed and will be presented again at the next meeting.

Umpiring

Approximately 10 people have done the first umpiring course.

Training for Tournament Workshop

A workshop has been rescheduled for Saturday October 2nd at NaeNae, there are approximately 6 people interested.

Constitution

Claire and Simon will look at the Constitution to see whether there needs to be any changes. This hasn’t been updated for the Incorporated Society since 2013. A revised Constitution will be distributed to clubs for their comments prior to the next AGM.

JC Rules/Covid

The Tournament Sub-Committee will look at the rules to see whether any changes need to be made taking into account any Covid restrictions which may be in place when a challenge is due to be played.
