Ten teams competed in the WPA Regional Women's Triples at Manawatu Pétanque Club on Saturday April 2nd.
The trophy winners were Shirley Macdonald, Michelle Maxwell & Ann Hogg. Runners up were Yvonne Futcher, Margaret Pomana & Annick LeGuen, only one point behind the winners.

Fourteen teams competed in the WPA Regional Women's Doubles at Manawatu Pétanque Club on Saturday April 1st.
Claire Wilson & Christine Strichen won the trophy, two points ahead of the runners up. Runners up were Ann Hogg, Shirley Macdonald.
9 April 2023
Thirty six players participated in the Otaki Easter Mêlée.
The Mêlée was won by Carolyn Graham with five wins, followed by Graham Jackson who also won five games.

Upper Hutt did not contest their Jacques Cochonnet challenge and Wanganui East retain the Trophy by default.
Wanganui East's next defence is away against Kapiti.

Seven clubs were represented in the Champion of Champions Doubles at the Otaki Pétanque club. The format was a single round robin with games limited to 50 minutes, plus one end.
All teams had an extra break during the day because there was a bye.
Moises Burgos and Dave Gwerder (Upper Hutt) won five games and were the winners. Seymour Harawira and Claire Bradburn (Silverstream) came second with four wins.
