The Kapiti Super Seniors Mêlée was held on Wednesday 9 November 2022 at Kapiti Pétanque Club.
The Mêlée lived up to its "super" billing - super games, super weather and super camaraderie.
Janet Hall (Horowhenua) took the top prize.

The Naenae Open Doubles was played on Saturday 12th November 2022 at Naenae Pétanque Club with a full field of 24 teams.
Lightning and thunderstorms delayed the start of play & shortened the four morning games.
Fortunately the weather cleared & the puddles dried out.
After lunch, games consisted of knock out rounds, the winners of each game continuing to the finals.

The Pete Hamilton Memorial Triples was held on Saturday & Sunday 19 & 20 November 2022 at Wanganui East Pétanque Club.
A field of 28 teams took part on Saturday. One team withdrew on Sunday.
Michael Rocks, Myles Cowper & David Lippard took the top prize.
