The reduction in surplus compared to the previous year was mainly due to a return to the previous style of trophies and last year's one off coaching refund from PNZ.

Graeme said that there was a mistake in the results of the Mixed Doubles and the winner's were listed as runner-up and vice versa. This has been corrected on the website.

A discussion paper for interclub for next season had been distributed, comments follow.

At the moment the only regional umpires are Claire Bradburn, Graeme Morris and Michael Rocks.
Nadine Simpson from PNZ will run umpire workshops via Zoom in the future. Claire will follow this up with her.
